At BSA, we are the standard of what a complete running back is. Every athlete in our program is training to become a better running back on the field and a quality man off the field. We are working hard because the end goal of this is to earn scholarships and sign contracts.
All running backs will learn how to:
pass block
avoid big hits
read and react
change direction
be shifty && sudden
keep shoulders squared
run routes out the backfield
jump-cut, sweep cut, skip cut and more
be elusive in tight-confined areas on the field
Types of Training Sessions:
All sessions will be one hour long

Individual Training
This individual training session is limited to one running back per session. During this training session, we will focus on both your mental and physical health. We will work to enhance your football abilities by doing drills that translate to your in game performance.

Group Training
This group training session is limited to eight running backs per session. During this small group training you will get exclusive knowledge and high level training in a competitive environment. You can either get better or worse but never stay the same. The choice is up to you. Let’s be great, compete, and get better.

Team Training
This team training session is private and reserved for same team only. The focus is to allow each individual running back to go through drills while competing with their teammates in a more focused environment, where attention to detail and constructive criticism is key. Each drill will be tailored to meet the needs of each team.
